 Closing date of entry is midnight on May 30th , 2021

Required documents to be sent by email to: paderewskihartford@gmail.com

1. Filled Application Form(capital letters).

2. Proof of age (I.D., Passport, etc.)

3. CV or Biography

4. Proof of payment of application fee (non-refundable) 

5. Photo (jpg format)

6.  (optional) request for transcript of comments by judges (add extra 40 USD)

Participants residing and studying in USA are REQUARED to send application fee with check (money order) to the physical address.

Payment of the non-refundable application fee must be made using one of the following methods:

- Personal check payable to Chopin International Piano Competition

Paderewski International Piano Competition

Category “Young Artist”  - $100

Category “Piano Masters”  - $110
